We are seeking a Foreman with experience in the industrial field to become an integral part of our team! Someone with experience in both maintenance projects, new construction, and capable of managing existing customer relations. The foreman will successfully oversee projects and manage a team of welders and responsibilities with safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism as a main focus. This person needs to be self-motivated and always seeking innovative solutions to new challenges.
We are looking for an individual with experience in industrial work, including (but not limited to):
Welding - Weld components together using different welding techniques such as SMAW, MIG, and TIG
Metal Fabrication - Must be familiar with layout and drawings, stainless, mild steel, and aluminum
Pipe Fitting - Mechanical and weld connections, air, process piping, steam and condensate, and sanitary piping
Custom fabrication
Maintenance projects
Millwright
Pipe Fitting and layouts
Process systems
Mechanical
2D-3D Drafting experience
Details:Full-Time; Weekdays (7:00am – 3:30pm) with overtime, as needed, to include a rotating on call schedule

Expected Job Duties & Responsibilities:Successfully oversee projects and manage a team of welders and responsibilities with safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism as a main focus
Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration with the team and customers
Install and repair various equipment and components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of metal components
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and tools
Weld components together using different welding techniques such as stick welding
Use press brake machines to bend sheet metal into desired shapes
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Conduct safety inspections/risk assessments
Conduct safety meetings for safety best practices
Must understand and enforce follow safety precautions and report any accidents/safety incidents
Proficiency in reading blueprints/welding symbols
Strict compliance with industry standards/codes
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all required times (hearing, respiratory)
Perform other task, as needed
Background RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a previous leadership experience in millwright,
fabrication, manufacturing, or other related fields
Familiarity with the industrial field as a whole and able to problem solve with realistic solutions
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to different job sites, if needed
Must be able to perform work in a variety of situations (i.e., climbing, heights, standing, bending, temperatures, confined spaces)
May be required to lift/carry heavy materials of a minimum of 50 lbs.
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot various welding processes
Proficiency in using hand and power tools

We are seeking a welder helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist welders in various tasks to support the welding process and ensure smooth operations.
Details:

Assist welders in setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment
Prepare workpieces for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and positioning
Handle and transport materials and equipment within the work area
Perform basic welding tasks under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Perform work in a variety of environments (i.e., heights, temperatures, confined spaces)
Availability to work overtime, as needed

Required Qualifications:
Must be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
